Verified ReviewerTruck debris damaged my vehicle and they refused to take responsibility.
Unfortunately, debris fell from one of their trucks yesterday and damaged the front end of my vehicle. I reported this to the company and spoke with a supervisor named Sean.
While he was cordial, he was unable to help as he said they required dashcam footage to settle any claim. I tried to get the driver's attention after the collision from the material that came from the truck, but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and their protocol. The tarp is obviously rolled up while driving, and they seem certain their can was empty when it obviously was not.
The damage was witnessed as I drove. It could have been more dangerous had I swerved to avoid the debris more, etc.
The failure to take accountability or to offer a reasonable solution has left much to be desired with such a company and I would not entrust my business with them as a result. Buyers and drivers beware!
Preferred solution: My vehicle repaired.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Idk what has happened over that last 6 years bur I started with American Disposal and for the first year or so they were great.
After that they started going down hill and occasionally ally missing pick-ups and customer service soon followed into the gutter. Eventually they rebranded to Waste Connection which I believe was a weak attempt to save face. Their service has gotten so bad I can count on one had how many times my trash has been picked up on time in the last 6 months and still have a few fingers left over. I literally just watched their truck drive by my house on test day and not pick it up.
Getting a hold if customer service is nearly impossible and when you can get a hold of them they will usually tell you sorry, you're SOL and will have to wait till the next scheduled pick up.
Avoid Waste Connection at all costs. You'd be better off just taking your trash to the dump yourself.

We paid them to pick our trash for 11 years. They are the most unethical company.
They have put our communitys safety and unhealthy hazards that homeowners eould fall because of the liquid on the ground because of holes that the dumpsters had. They refused to replace. We. Cancelled and forced to pay $9K to get out of our contract early.
They picked up dumpsters finally after dumping trash out all over our property.
We had to bag it up. We want to warn consumers dont do business with this company.

I tried to get new cans for two years and never got them there was always an excuse. There is a lady there now by the name of Miss Hillman she is very honest and straight forward she got me new cans in 3 days.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever experienced from a waste disposal company. Whats worse is they dont care.
The customer service personnel just say whatever they think you want to hear. Ive had them skip my service multiple times.
When you call they say theyll send a truck out but the dont show. Enough, but, as I said they dont care.

When I first moved into this house I signed up for trash removal only, because let's be honest recycling is BS. Well these MFs refused to take our garbage cans on our first week because there were recyclables in the container. Then I see this *** this morning!
Taking the garbage and recycling containers and putting them into the same truck! I want my *** money back!!

They threw away the lid to my trashcan and because it's not one of theirs they won't replace it.
So I called and was told they aren't responsible for my trashcan because it wasn't one of theirs. Wouldn't the correct response be, 'We are sorry, please submit your receipt for a new trashcan and we will reimburse you.'?
What has happened in this world to good customer service? It's non-existent.

This has got to be the worst company in the history of companies. I have called at least 8 times and remained on hold for over 45 minutes every time, Ive spoke to my neighbors they have experienced the exact same thing they NEVER answer the phone, it has to be a bogus line.
If there are municipalities looking to hire a waste company for trash pickup in there neighborhood you MUST LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE. Theyre really bad!!.
Im hoping my subdivision looks for an another company as soon as possible. Oh my god TERRIBLE!!

Lousy customer service
Customer service is absolute garbage. Called three times and never spoke to a human. They disconnected the call after I spent 20-ish minutes on hold each time.

Missed our recycle
you picked up neighbors recycle but not ours! thats ridiculous!
we have a lot of Recycling here we cant even fit it in the recycling bin. so now you expect us to wait two weeks kind of crazy.
Lazy people leave out trash
People leave their trash by the dumpsters. Can you please keep all the dumpster lids up? Thank you.

The manager Jason from the Kingston office has on McAdoo’s lane has ignored the safety of the general public by putting the bottom line of sales before the the well being of customers
I own a triplex and frequent this business about 12 times a year.
On this particular day I pulled up to get weighed in and asked if I have food product to dispose of,
and I said yes. I then get directed to the green building to unload.
Every single time I drive to the building the loader operator chases me down.
They have radio communication with the driver and the office person, but she chooses to drive right up and motions me to the loader where she leaves it running, which I believe that this is an infraction from a safety standards policy. And you cant hear properly as the diesel engine is still running.
She then proceeds to ask me the same questions I just finished answering, after a while I refused to approach the loader while running. This seemed to upset her and she would not get out of the loader to have a conversation.
On this particular day I started to pull up to unload my garbage when she sees me and heads right towards me at full speed laying on the horn like a maniac.
As can be seen on the video camera. She then yells at me that I cant dump on the right side in the green building.
There was about 10 piles of garage that had already been dumped.
I told her that I would be reporting her to her supervisor, she then turned her wheels towards me and started chasing me with a 30,000 lb loader.
I stayed in my vehicle until she left.
I then proceeded to the office to pay and get the manager name and number.
The attendant refused to give it to me, then an argument ensued.
When I left the premises and arrived home I got a call from the police.
We had a 10 to 15 minute conversation about the incident.
The police officer viewed the video and agreed with
my statements of event including turning the loader on me and chasing me.
The police also indicated to me that after he interviewed the loader operator he thought she is rough around the edges The police officer also said that he would speak with the manager Jason to put the company on noticed because of the loaders actions.
I called the manager Jason on Friday, he would not return my call until I called him back on the 10th of January 2024. When speaking with Jason he said he did not see the loader operator turn her vehicle and then accelerate towards me on the video, even though the police put him and the company on notice because of her actions I called HR in the USA and filed a complaint as I was getting no where with Jason.
I will be posting this on all social media and anyone who feels like this should be shared, you have my permission to so.

Offered better rate than last time, but we know how well that stands up, contract rates mean nothing to this company I am also selling all my shares I own in this company. Everyone should do the same. Very underhanded way of doing business.
